TENDER DESCRIPTION
The participants will be prepared for the application process and will receive practical advice on questions relating to applications, job placement/acquisition as well as job interviews. In addition, they will receive an insight into the process of assessments / assessment centres. At the end of the measure, they will have individual and verified application documents available (participants bring application documents prepared by themselves). The contents of the measure include, among other things: - Recording of offers, job search, decision-making - Social media for job placement/acquisition - Speculative applications, self-submitted postings, online applications - Content and structure of application documents - Preparing application documents using AI (pros and cons, important notes) - Pre- and post-preparation of job interviews - Simulation of a job interview (Video recordings and evaluation) - Common questions in job interviews, question-and-answer techniques - Personal presentation and appearance - Important points of employment / work contracts - Learn about assessment centres based on real conditions - Identify individual strengths, talents and potential Framework…
