TENDER DESCRIPTION

Acquisition of the Nutrition Trainer (B licence). The following content is to be conveyed to the participants (TN) at least during the measure: Theory: 1. Anatomical/physiological fundamentals - Digestion and absorption - Energy requirements and energy turnover 2. Nutrition science fundamentals - Macro- and micronutrients - Fundamentals of metabolic regulation 3. Nutritional status - Collection and assessment of biometric data 4. Dietary assessment - Methods of dietary assessment - Dietary analysis, nutrient value calculation 5. Dietary recommendations - National and international nutrient recommendations 6. Weight regulation - Classification, causes and consequences - Nutrition strategies for weight reduction or weight gain 7. Nutrition in disease conditions - Metabolic syndrome - Food intolerances - Nutrition strategies for prevention 8. Comparison of different dietary types 9. Final examination Framework agreement for 2 years with the option to extend by up to 2 years in accordance with Section 15(4) of UVgO.
