TENDER DESCRIPTION
The participants deepen the topics covered in the introductory course and additionally learn how to build their business on a solid financial foundation and protect it against possible risks. Furthermore, knowledge specific to founders’ communication as well as referral management is taught. The measure includes, among other things: - Expansion of the legal, commercial law and sales foundations - Financial accounting and bookkeeping - Controlling and cost calculation - Sales and profitability planning, annual profit and loss statement / performance planning - Start-up financing and funding opportunities / grants - Risk and risk-mitigation management - Communication specific to founders - Referral marketing and -management Framework agreement for 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years pursuant to Section 15(4) UVgO, or Section 21(6) VgV in conjunction with Section 65(2) VgV
