Equipment handling / exercise instruction • Didactic-methodical sequence of exercise instruction • Measures for movement correction 6. Fundamentals of anatomy/physiology • Active and passive movement system • Cardiovascular system • Energy metabolism 7. Fundamentals of nutritional physiology • Recommendations for intake of macro- and micronutrients • Recommendations for fluid intake 8.
