TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the course is to build on the participants’ existing basic knowledge of AI and to take them, in a practical way, one step further: In five days, the participants are guided from simply operating AI to shaping it independently, so that each participant, during the measure, builds their own functioning no-code AI assistant along a real application case (“Use Case”) chosen by them—without a single line of programming code. As a result, at the end of the course the participants receive three outcomes: their own no-code AI assistant, their own prompt library, and an quality & GDPR routine. This is carried out as individual support rather than shared group work. Topics include, among others: 1. Definition and sharpening of the Use Case, outlining AI-supported processes 2. Prompt engineering: creating a reusable prompt library 3. No-code assistant: theoretical knowledge as well as building a functional, reusable no-code assistant for the participant’s own Use Case 4. Quality and hallucination control, evaluation grid, QA log, quality metric on the participant’s own assistant 5.
