TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rhetoric I Participants learn and improve their verbal and non-verbal skills in discussions and presentations. The differences between hierarchical and direct communication in the military and the communication skills required in the civilian sector are made clear. Rhetoric II Participants learn and improve their verbal and non-verbal skills in discussions and presentations. Participants learn how military skills, such as situation briefings, can be transferred to civilian presentation formats. Rhetoric III Participants learn and improve their verbal and non-verbal skills in discussions and presentations. The difference between military and civilian life in the context of negotiations is to be clarified. Rhetoric Trainer Training to become a rhetoric trainer Participants learn to professionally teach rhetoric content to employees or seminar participants. Framework agreement for 3 years with an option to extend by up to 3 years pursuant to § 15(4) UVgO, or § 21(6) VgV in conjunction with § 65(2) VgV.
