TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete dismantling/demolition of the North Pavilion and the footbridge at the former children’s hospital site in Zurich. Components and modules intended for reuse or transfer shall be removed selectively, labelled and temporarily stored on the site premises. All other components shall be professionally dismantled/demolished and directed to recovery or disposal. The procurement includes all ancillary services required for the execution, in particular site setup, protective and security measures, material separation, transport, intermediate storage, dismantling/demolition of the foundations, as well as documentation of material flows and disposal routes.
