Creation of complete sanitary installations including pre-wall elements that are fully boarded, in accordance with the specifications and plans or tender documents, partly using ReUse components and elements from the former children’s hospital site. The property at Pestalozzistrasse 55/57, located directly next to the former children’s hospital site, will be refurbished and put to a new residential use. The existing building dating from 1926 was used in various ways over the past decades and has been vacant since the children’s hospital relocated. As part of this project, the villa will be adapted for future use and made technically and structurally fit for purpose. The measures include, among other things, renewal and adaptation of building services, conversion of selected areas in the interior fit-out, and creation of new wet rooms.
