TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract referred to in these procurement documents shall be for the SERVICE OF IMPLEMENTATION, ACCREDITATION AND SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE OF A QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 STANDARD OF THE AIR QUALITY NETWORK OF THE ZARAGOZA CITY COUNCIL, in accordance with the description contained in the Technical Specifications Sheet. ------------------------------------ Royal Decree 102/2011 of 28 January on improving air quality establishes that the competent authorities must carry out the functions of assessing and managing ambient air quality, ensuring the traceability of all measurements carried out in relation to the assessment of ambient air quality, in accordance with the requirements set out in the harmonised standard applicable to testing and calibration laboratories.
