TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract’s purpose is the hiring of an integral service for the implementation, management, support and maintenance of an on-premise police management technology platform, intended to modernise the operational and administrative functions of the Local Police. The service covers everything from the supply, maintenance and software updates, together with the configuration of the infrastructure, to the provision of specific hardware, assistance using artificial intelligence, and training of personnel, in accordance with the specifications set out in the Technical Prescriptions Pliego.
