TENDER DESCRIPTION
The requirements specified in Article 116, section 4 of the LCSP are justified. The need of the Administration intended to be satisfied through the contracting of the corresponding services; and its relationship with the object of the contract, which must be direct, clear and proportional, the suitability of its object and the municipal competence for the execution of the contract, that is, that it responds to the institutional goals of the Málaga City Council.
