TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract “Implementation of 5G/FRMCS on the railway corridor Prague – No. Třebová – Brno/Ostrava, Phase 2 – Construction of BTS for 5G, section Prague – Česká Třebová” is: a) Producing Project Documentation for the permission to construct transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the proceedings for obtaining permission for the project, obtain a legally effective permission for the project (building permit) under Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), including the Opinion of the notified entity in the stage of issuing permission for the project and the maintenance manual. b) Preparing and submitting an application for issuing permission for the project under the Building Act, including all required supporting documents, the result of which will be the issuance of permission for the project. c) Producing Project Documentation for execution of the track construction (PDPS), which elaborates and defines requirements for the construction in such details that they specify the subject of the Work while taking into…
