The subject of performance of the public contract “Implementation of 5G/FRMCS on the railway corridor Prague – No. Třebová – Brno/Ostrava, Stage 2 – Construction of BTS for 5G, section Prague – Česká Třebová” is: a) The preparation of Project Documentation for the permit for the construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the permit proceedings for the intention to carry out the project, and a binding permit for the intention to carry out the project (construction permit) may be obtained under Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act (hereinafter referred to as “Building Act”), including the Statement issued by the notified body at the stage of issuance of the permit for the intention to carry out the project, and a maintenance manual. b) Preparation and submission of an application for the issuance of a permit for the intention to carry out the project under the Building Act, including all required supporting documents, the result of which will be the issuance of the permit for the intention to carry out the project. c) Preparation of Project Documentation for the execution of the railway…
