The contract becomes valid upon its signing by the last of the contracting parties. It becomes effective on the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the acceptance protocol for the deployment of the Work into Routine Operation was signed, but not before its publication in the Central Register of Contracts.

The total duration of the contract is for a definite period of four years from its effective date.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Phase 1 (Analysis of Needs): The Needs Analysis must be prepared and delivered within 3 months from the effective date of the Contract for Work. This phase is associated with Payment Milestone 1, which involves the acceptance of the Needs Analysis and accounts for 20% of the price upon a signed Acceptance Protocol.
• Phase 2 (Work Implementation): The Work must be executed and implemented within 9 months from the effective date of the Contract. This phase includes Payment Milestone 2 for the acceptance of the Work (60% of the price) upon a signed Acceptance Protocol from acceptance tests and deployment into Routine Operation. It also includes Payment Milestone 3, which is the acceptance of the Work without defects (20% of the price) after all defects identified in the acceptance protocol of Payment Milestone 2 have been removed.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the commitment of the Contractor to provide various services to the Client and the Client's commitment to pay for these services.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Needs Analysis: The Contractor is obligated to prepare a detailed Needs Analysis within three months of the contract's effective date. This analysis will include a conceptual and detailed solution proposal, procedures, and processes for realizing the Client's intent, with a detailed functional specification of the Work, following industry best practices.
• Work (Dielo) Delivery and Implementation: This encompasses creating, delivering, integrating, and deploying a specialized information system (IS) for records management into routine operation. The system must be certified by the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic for a high level of compliance. This implementation project is expected to be completed within nine months from the contract's effective date.
• Specific activities within the implementation project include:
• Creation and configuration of technical infrastructure for the records management system.
• Installation and configuration of the records management system based on the Needs Analysis.
• Integration of the records management system within the Client's technical environment.
• Successful testing of all functionalities and integrations.
• Launch of the records management system and its integrations into operation.
• Licenses: Granting and delivery of necessary licenses for the Work.
• Documentation: Provision of all related documentation essential for the proper use and exploitation of the Work.
• Training: Provision of training as specified in the contract, to be conducted before the acceptance of the Work without defects.
• Post-Implementation Support: Increased post-implementation support for the records management system for one month from the start of its operation.
• Ongoing Services: Commitment to provide ongoing support, development, and on-demand services for the Work (System). These services include support services (from the day the Work is deployed into routine operation, adhering to SLA and availability parameters), development services (for system changes based on requests), and on-demand services (such as additional training or consultations related to delivered solutions). These ongoing services are governed by a separate contract, which is an annex to the main contract.

It is explicitly stated that the delivery of hardware (HW) is not part of the performance under this Work Contract.
