TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Ostend wishes to make use of a trip logging system, including a reservation platform for the City’s vehicle fleet. The purpose is to use this software to gain better visibility into the movements of the vehicle fleet in order to enable an optimal composition and allocation of the vehicle fleet. For the portion of the vehicle fleet that forms part of the “pool”, there must be the possibility for all colleagues to create reservations in a smooth, user-friendly and clear manner. For this contract, a first call for competition was already published, the procedure of which was discontinued. This new procedure was drawn up using a modified selection criterion. Duration The duration of this contract is set at a basic assignment of four years, followed by automatically 2-year periods of tacit renewal for an indefinite period, with the contracting authority having a right to terminate with 6 months’ notice and the contractor having a right to terminate with 18 months’ notice.
