Project rationale TenneT, together with the other German transmission system operators, is to provide a shared internet platform for the conduct of the tendering of capacities in accordance with StromVKG and to set up and operate it by no later than 15 October 2027. Purpose of the tender The purpose of the tender is to establish framework conditions for the implementation, integration and operation of a secure and scalable software module for conducting auctions and other processes in the German capacity market. In particular, the solution shall support bid submission, evaluation, award of contracts and transfer in accordance with StromVKG and shall be integrated into the shared platform of the four German transmission system operators.
