Project rationale TenneT shall, together with the other German transmission system operators, provide a joint Internet platform for conducting the tendering of capacities in accordance with StromVKG and set up and operate it at the latest by 15 October 2027. Purpose of the tender The purpose of the tender is to define the framework conditions for the implementation, integration and operation of a secure and scalable software module for carrying out auctions and other processes in the German capacity market. In particular, the solution shall support the submission of bids, evaluation, award of contracts and transfer in accordance with StromVKG and be integrated into the joint platform of the four German transmission system operators.
