TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement with purchase orders for printing services for municipal documents on behalf of the City of Aubagne, including in particular the printing, finishing (moulding/binding), and delivery of the municipal bulletin, institutional communication materials, posters, flyers, leaflets, administrative registers, and any other document for which printing will be assigned to the contractor, under the conditions set out in this CCTP (special technical requirements). The following operations are included in the services: - Preliminary checks of the computer files provided by the communications department or other city services before going into production; - Production of all print media required to manufacture the finished products in accordance with the technical characteristics requested; - Performance of the following work: o Printing, if requested by the communications department, of preliminary control proofs, o Making plates/burn-in (flashing/stripping) of computer files, o Machine finishing of printed…
