TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement has the purpose of publishing an information magazine for the residents of the territory. The expected service covers the printing, finishing and distribution of the magazine, both to letterboxes and at fixed drop-off points, across all 6 departments of the Region. The precise definition of the requirement is set out in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and onwards of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual provisions; it will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued, under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The arrangements for issuing purchase orders are set out in the CCAP. The framework agreement is awarded without any minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of 2,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT). Pursuant to Article L 2113-11 of the CCP, the decision not to allot this framework agreement is justified by the following reason: - awarding separate lots could make performance of the contract technically difficult.…
