TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement has as its purpose the publishing of an information magazine intended for residents of the territory. The expected service covers the printing, finishing and distribution of the magazine, both to letter boxes and to fixed drop-off points, across all 6 departments of the Region. The precise definition of the requirement appears in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all contractual terms; it will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set forth in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The procedures for issuing purchase orders appear in the CCAP. The framework agreement is awarded without a minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 2,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT).
