TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy, together with Ekokaari Oy and Keltakangas Lämpö Oy, requests tenders for vacuum truck services. This is a framework agreement that is concluded with one contract partner. The framework agreement takes the form of 1+1+1+1, for a total of up to 4 years starting from 1.1.2027. The framework agreement is concluded for one year at a time. There is an option for one-year extensions each year, the years 2028-2030. The contract terms are JYSE 2025 SERVICES. The use of the option year shall be agreed jointly by negotiations no later than one month before the end of the contract, i.e. the option for 2028 shall be agreed by the end of November 2027. Supplier evaluations of the quality of the service are held annually. The decision on the contract partner to be selected is made on the basis of the comparison price. Based on the tender comparison, the winning tenderer is the tenderer offering the lowest comparison price. After the contract award decision, a contract review meeting is held with the winning tenderer in which the contents of the procurement contract and the practical procedures related to its implementation are reviewed.
