TENDER DESCRIPTION

The invitation to tender concerns passenger transport for the municipal executive board, the municipality’s personnel and elected representatives, as well as other passenger transport arranged by the municipality, such as training and representational events primarily in Finland, but also in the Nordic countries. The contract covers the years 2027-2028, and the contract includes an option for the years 2029-2030. The number of persons to be transported is generally 10-15 or approximately 35 persons. The tender must be submitted in the format requested in the tender form. In the tender, the operator’s price for services in euros/km (0% VAT) and an estimate of the total price for the entire contract period must be presented. The price comparison scoring is based on the stated euros/km (without VAT) price. The offered price must be valid for the entire contract period. Tenders must meet all mandatory quality criteria. If not all mandatory quality requirements are met, the tender is not in accordance with the invitation to tender.
