TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender request concerns passenger transport services for the municipal executive (municipal council), the municipality’s personnel and elected officials, as well as other passenger transport arranged by the municipality, such as training and representative events primarily in Finland, but also in the Nordic countries. The procurement covers the years 2027–2028, and includes an option for the years 2029–2030. The number of persons to be transported is usually 10–15 or approximately 35 persons. The tender must be submitted in the form requested in the tender form. The tender must state the price for operation in euros/km (0% VAT) and an estimate of the total price for the entire contract period. The scoring for price comparison is based on the stated euros/km (without VAT) price. The offered price must be valid for the entire contract period. The tenders must meet all mandatory quality criteria. If all mandatory quality requirements are not met, the tender does not comply with the tender request.
