TENDER DESCRIPTION

Front loaders with telescopic arm and grapple, in the quantity of 10 units as well as related maintenance services, necessary to increase the production capacity of timber material depots. The necessity of the purchase arises from obligations to meet applicable legal requirements. Thus, Article 72 paragraph (12) of Law no. 331/2024 – Forestry Code stipulates that processed wood from public property shall be valorised from depots in a proportion of at least 50% of the processed wood starting from the date the law enters into force (January 12, 2025) and at least 70% of the processed wood beginning in 2030. Maintenance services for the equipment are also procured, for a duration of 48 months from delivery and up to 4000 operating hours per equipment, to maintain them in proper technical condition, directly affecting their productivity and the achievement of specific tasks by the subunits and units of the administration.
