The scope: The assignment consists of taking over the collection file after the 1st reminder. The municipality of Schiedam issues the invoice and takes care of the first reminder. The scope concerns the execution of debt collection management on behalf of the municipality of Schiedam in the field of private law and administrative law monetary debts. The outstanding claim from the municipality is forwarded to the contractor, who then carries out the entire collection process. The objective is to ensure the transfer of the collected funds to the client. The financial value of the Contract is indicative and based on an estimate of the annual inflow of collection files, the average duration of files, and the nature of the work to be performed. Including all costs associated with the execution of the Framework Agreement and excluding VAT, estimated at approximately € 52,500 per year.
