TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation concerns the execution of a service contract within the meaning of article L1111-4 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract concerns the installation and management of individual thermal meters and heat cost allocators at emitter level to comply with the requirements of Heat Cost Individualisation (IFC). The objective to be achieved within this consultation is the installation and management of the necessary equipment for the Individualisation of Heat Costs for residences eligible for collective heating.
