Services to be executed The project to expand the Bentwisch commercial area according to Development Plan 20 aims to create a sustainable and business-friendly infrastructure. The planning includes structural and traffic development that meets both the existing requirements of the resident companies and the demands of new investors. The development plan includes the construction and expansion of roads, the implementation of a state-of-the-art and efficient water management system, integration into public transportation, as well as a reliable and demand-oriented supply of electricity, gas, water, and telecommunications. These measures also serve as prerequisites for the expansion of the commercial area according to the 1st amendment of the 2017 land use plan (working title B-Plan 26). The construction project consists of the following partial measures: - New construction of planned streets A to C - New construction of 2 roundabouts - Expansion of Bentwischer Straße between Goorstorf and Hansestraße including drainage ditch - Creation of car and truck parking spaces - Installation of street lighting along the roads - Terrain filling - Construction of a new pre-drainage ditch system…
