TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public procurement procedure has as its object the performance of the public procurement of: a) design services (documentation for opinions/approvals/authorizations, DTAC, technical design and execution details), including the technical quality review of the technical design and of the execution details, which falls within the responsibility of the service provider and is carried out by duly certified project reviewers, independent of the design team; the technical review is a separate item within the design component; b) technical assistance provided by the designer; c) execution of works; The following are not part of this procurement: construction site management (Chapter 3.8.2 of the General Estimate) and coordination in matters of safety and health during the execution of the works (Chapter 3.8.3 of the General Estimate). These services are ensured separately by the contracting authority, through separate procurements, in order to maintain the independence of supervision vis-à-vis the contractor.
