TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of new information displays, including supporting structures, at the I. ice rink of the Winter Stadium of the City of Plzeň in the seating area. The contract also includes the addition of power and data cabling, the installation of automatic electrical distribution boards with sequential switching and remote control, necessary construction works, inspections/testing (proofs), modification of the substation and the control/operations workplace, connection to the existing AV control systems and supervision/oversight at selected events at the place of performance. The supply includes the delivery of a broadcast processor with a backup circuit, and a server for multimedia content including check-in/checkout software. The entire supply must be connected to the existing components of the facility, in particular the timekeeping system, the control/operations workplace, the EPS system and other related systems.
