TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Urban Environment Division (KYMP) is implementing the procurement of an Infrastructure Construction Supervision and Situation Awareness application. The system is procured as a software service (SaaS). It supports monitoring infrastructure projects for streets, parks and other public areas from preparation through to the end of the warranty period, in particular managing the contract execution phase, as well as documentation and communication in field conditions. The system will be used by the city’s project owners and designers as well as contractors and design and supervision consultants. In the target state, there are approximately 400 users, and approximately 200 projects per year are in the contract phase. The procurement includes usage rights to the software service, maintenance and support, and a fixed-price implementation project. The software service must be delivered for final acceptance testing no later than 12 months after the contract is signed.
