TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 covers the procurement of design services and execution of works for the investment objective "Renovation of Cultural Center", part of the project "Modern Cultural Infrastructure and Public Space Regeneration, Ghimbav Town, Brașov County". The design services include the preparation of the technical documentation necessary to obtain opinions, agreements, and authorizations, the elaboration of the technical design and execution details, the energy performance certification and preparation of the NZEB report, as well as technical assistance from the designer during the execution period. The execution of works includes carrying out all works provided for in the approved technical and economic documentation, including construction and installation works, installation of technological and functional equipment, supply of machinery and equipment provided in the General Bill of Quantities, including the fittings related to Chapter 4.5 "Furnishings", site organization, as well as performing technological tests, trials, and commissioning, aiming to complete a fully functional objective.
