TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 has as its subject the procurement of design services and the execution of works for the investment objective “Renovation of the Cultural Hostel”, part of the project “Modern Cultural Infrastructure and Regeneration of Public Spaces, Ghimbav City, Brașov County”. The design services include the preparation of the technical documentation required in order to obtain opinions, approvals and authorizations, the preparation of the technical design and the execution details, the certification of energy performance and the preparation of the NZEB report, as well as the technical assistance provided by the designer during the execution of the works. The execution of the works includes carrying out all works provided in the approved technical-economic documentation, including construction and installation works, the installation of technological and functional equipment and machinery, the supply of equipment and machinery provided in the General Estimate, including the fittings under Chapter 4.5 “Fittings”, site organization, as well as performing technological tests, test runs and commissioning, in order to achieve a fully functional complete objective.
