TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of 4 units of infusion equipment for home care, including accessories (carrying bag, waist bag) for the Inpatient Department and the Outpatient Clinic of the Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion, Pavilion B, 1st and 2nd floors, U Nemocnice 2094/1, Prague 2. The scope of performance also includes delivery of all accessories, customs duty, transportation, commissioning of the equipment, performance of an initial B.T.C. (basic technical control), training of the purchaser’s operators, and handover of documents relating to the supplied goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and the operating instructions in both printed and electronic form. The scope of performance further includes providing warranty service, conducting safety inspections, expert maintenance, and periodic inspections at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer, at least 1× every 2 years, and under the conditions set out in the tender documentation.
