TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the delivery of 193 units of infusion equipment, including accessories and related equipment for KAR – the Resuscitation Department and OKIP – the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The scope of performance includes subsequent free warranty service and proper post-warranty service. In accordance with Section 6(3) of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority states that it will not accept tenders that include products originating from the Russian Federation or the People’s Republic of China. The estimated value of the public contract set by the contracting authority and in accordance with the ZZVZ amounts in total to CZK 21,610,780,- excluding VAT, of which: - the estimated value for 193 units of infusion equipment including accessories amounts to: CZK 10,645,000,- excluding VAT - the estimated value of the service for a period of 4 years amounts to: CZK 2,980,800,- excluding VAT. The estimated value also includes the reserved change pursuant to Article 16 of the ZP in the total amount of CZK 7,984,980,- excluding VAT (150 units of infusion equipment including accessories).
