The core scope of work for this tender involves comprehensive engineering services, primarily focused on construction supervision, cost management, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on Building Information Modeling (BIM). Key deliverables and activities include:

• Cost Control: Managing and monitoring project costs.
• Review of Change Orders: Assessing and validating amendments or additional work requests.
• Creation of a Building Logbook: Compiling a comprehensive record of the construction project.
• Creation of As-Built Plans: Producing final plans reflecting the actual construction.
• On-site Construction Supervision: Overseeing the execution of construction services, which entails plausibility checks during staking, monitoring work execution for compliance with approved documents and contracts, assisting with contractor instruction and site acceptance, reviewing and evaluating change order justifications, conducting control inspections, supervising defect rectification, and documenting the construction process. This also includes assisting with measurements and their review, involvement in official and service acceptances, invoice review and comparison with the contract sum, and monitoring the functional testing of system components and the overall plant. Furthermore, it includes monitoring the execution of load-bearing structures for compliance with structural analysis.
• Overall BIM Coordination: Coordinating all specialist BIM models within the project, including model-based consistency and collision checks, and managing model quality assurance.
• 3D Data Model Creation: Taking over existing data and other relevant information to create a parametric 3D BIM model as a basis for further planning, ensuring geometric accuracy and alphanumeric information depth meet client requirements.
• Review of Approved IPU Documents: Examining documentation related to approved planning and environmental impact assessments.
• Monitoring Defect Rectification: Overseeing the correction of identified defects within the specified warranty periods.
