TENDER DESCRIPTION
Planning services of an engineer are to be provided in accordance with performance phases 3-8 pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI. The engineering services pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI include the planning of the transformer (630 kVA) and the new LV switchgear (NSHV), which will be located in the basement level of the main building. The intended location of the medium-voltage transformer has already been submitted to Westnetz for review and approval. The design and construction planning is to be prepared on the basis of the plans provided (see Annexes 2 and 3 of the specification). The technical requirements of the contracting authority must be taken into account. The costs for the technical equipment - electrical engineering - amount to EUR 280,000 net.
