TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning services of an engineer according to service phases 3-8 pursuant to §§ 53 ff. HOAI are to be provided. The engineering service according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI includes the planning of the transformer (630kVA) and the new low-voltage main distribution board (NSHV), which will be located in the basement floor of the main building. The intended location of the medium-voltage transformer has already been submitted to Westnetz for review and approval. The design and execution planning is to be prepared on the basis of the provided plans (see Annexes 2 and 3 of the service specification). Technical requirements of the client are to be taken into account. The costs for the technical equipment - electrical engineering amount to 280,000 euros net.
