TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the specialist planning services for technical building equipment for the energy refurbishment and modernisation of a school building. Scope of the construction measures and planning requirements: Building envelope: Replacement and structural consideration of the complete façade and roof structures (thermal insulation), replacement of all windows, post-and-rail façades and external doors, including the dismantling of integrated parapet elements. Installation of solar shading systems (roller blinds on the south side, solar-protective glazing on the north side) as well as enlargement of window openings in the basement for direct access to the schoolyard. Technical building equipment (TGA): Modernisation of the heating system by switching from gas to an air-to-water heat pump, installation of a building management and control system (in accordance with GModG), including digital thermostatic valve actuators, as well as installation of decentralised ventilation systems with heat recovery, CO2 control and cooling function in the classrooms/teachers’ rooms or in single-room ventilation units in offices.
