TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of the Bundeswehr at Alb-Kaserne, the Heuberg troop accommodation and the training troops’ depot in Stetten am kalten Markt, the central heat generation plant will be expanded and renovated in full through the construction measure. The extension includes the construction of a new boiler house and the installation of new pellet boilers. The renovation includes a structural partial renovation of the existing boiler house and a partial replacement of the existing boiler plant control and equipment technology. To ensure the operational reliability of the property, the construction measure will be implemented in two construction phases. Construction phase 1 (CP 1) comprises the complete structural new build of the boiler house as well as the installation of the pellet boilers and the associated secondary technology. After commissioning CP 1, CP 2 follows. Construction phase 2 (CP 2) comprises the renovation of the existing boiler house building H, including replacement of the existing boiler plant and the necessary technology.
