TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the Bundeswehr site of Alb-Kaserne, the Heuberg troop accommodation and the storage of troops training at the Lager in Stetten am kalten Markt, the construction measure will expand and renew the complete central heat supply system. The expansion includes the construction of a new boiler house and the installation of new pellet boilers. The renewal includes a partial structural renewal of the existing boiler house and a partial replacement of the existing boiler plant technical equipment. In order to ensure the operational reliability of the premises, the construction measure will be implemented in two construction phases. Construction Phase 1 (CP 1) includes the complete structural new build of the boiler house as well as the installation of the pellet boilers and associated secondary technology. After commissioning CP1, CP2 follows.
