Los 1: Ingenieurleistungen

• Contract Start Date: Latest by December 7, 2026.
• Contract End Date: Latest by December 31, 2036 (until the end of the warranty period).
• Total Duration: Approximately 10 years and 24 days.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Completion of Lph. 6: Latest by May 31, 2027.
• Completion of Lph. 7: Latest by December 31, 2027.

Los 2: Ingenieurleistungen

• Contract Start Date: Latest by March 1, 2028.
• Contract End Date: Latest by December 31, 2033.
• Total Duration: Approximately 5 years and 10 months.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Construction Contractor (Bau AN) start is in Q1 2028.
• Construction Supervision (BÜ) services start at the same time (Q1 2028).
• Summer 2028: Closure in the EHS area (Sperrpause im Bereich EHS).
• Completion of EHS (Fertigstellung EHS).
• Bauphase 0: Coordination of the construction site and logistics with the Construction Contractor, coordination with authorities and third parties, application for the closure of Cassellastraße for Bauphase 2.
• Bauphase 1: Coordination of services including the establishment of BE-Flächen Süd, creation of foundations for Rampe Süd and Widerlager, Unterbau Süd, and KME of Hauptbrücke Süd.
• Bauphase 2: Coordination of services including KME Hauptbrücke Nord, construction of BE-Nord, and Construction Supervision for works in the track area during the assembly of the temporary bridge.
• Bauphase 3: Coordination of services including the creation of Widerlager Nord and the pillar of axis 20 of the Hauptbrücke Unterbau Nord, KME in the Mittelrampe area, foundation creation for Rampe Nord and the lower ramp section of the Mittelrampe.
• Bauphase 4: Coordination of services including Construction Supervision for works in the track area during the assembly and disassembly of the temporary support structure, lowering of the superstructure, creation of drainage, sealing, surfacing, and the shell construction of the main bridge including the attachment of contact protection.
• Bauphase 5: Coordination of services including the creation of Rampe Nord, the shell construction of Mittelrampe, and the assembly of temporary stair towers, as well as Construction Supervision for works in the track area during the final disassembly of the temporary support structure.
• Bauphase 6: Coordination of services during the creation of Rampe Süd.
• Bauphase 7: Coordination of services including the dismantling of BE-Fläche Nord and the temporary stair towers, and the lifting of the Cassellastraße closure.
• Bauphase 8: Coordination of services during the creation of the stair systems Nord and Süd.
• Bauphase 9: Coordination of the completion of remaining works and the dismantling of BE-Fläche Süd.

Los 3: Ingenieurleistungen

• Contract Start Date: Latest by June 1, 2028.
• Contract End Date: Latest by December 31, 2033.
• Total Duration: Approximately 5 years and 7 months.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Summer 2028: Closure in the EHS area (Sperrpause im Bereich EHS).
• Completion of EHS (Fertigstellung EHS).

The core scope of work for this tender is divided into two main lots, Los 1 and Los 2, encompassing comprehensive engineering and construction coordination services for a new foot and cycle path overpass at Cassellastraße.

For Los 1 (Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke and Tragwerksplanung), the scope includes:

• Objektplanung for Ingenieurbauwerke (Engineering Structures) according to HOAI § 43: This covers Leistungsphase 6 (Preparation of the award), Leistungsphase 7 (Participation in the award), Leistungsphase 8 (Construction supervision), and Leistungsphase 9 (Object support).
• Creation of Execution Planning (Ausführungsplanung) for Ingenieurbauwerke (IBW), building upon existing draft planning.
• Tragwerksplanung (Structural Engineering) according to HOAI § 51: Specifically, Leistungsphase 4 and 5 (Genehmigungsplanung and Ausführungsplanung) and Leistungsphase 6 (Vorbereitung der Vergabe).
• Special Services: These involve the coordination of third parties during both the planning/preparation and execution phases, SiGeKo (Safety and Health Coordination) during preparation and execution, monitoring of defect rectification, and coordination of traffic management.
• Core Deliverables for Los 1: These include the determination of quantities for individual items, preparation of tender documents (Leistungsbeschreibungen with Leistungsverzeichnissen and special contract conditions), tender plans (Ausschreibungspläne), coordination of interfaces with other planners, definition of key execution phases, cost determination and control, compilation of tender documents, obtaining and evaluating bids (including price comparisons), conducting bidder discussions, preparing award proposals, documenting the award process, compiling contract documents, comparing tender results with cost calculations, and assisting in contract award.

For Los 2 (Construction Coordination), the scope primarily involves coordinating the construction activities and logistics:

• Coordination of the construction site and its logistics with the construction contractor.
• Coordination with authorities and third parties, including applying for necessary road closures.
• Coordination of services across multiple construction phases (Bauphase 0 to Bauphase 4).
• Key activities coordinated in these phases include:
• Bauphase 0: Site coordination, logistics, permits, and application for Cassellastraße closure.
• Bauphase 1: Erection of BE-Flächen Süd, creation of Fundamente Rampe Süd and Widerlager and Unterbau Süd, and KME of Hauptbrücke Süd.
• Bauphase 2: KME Hauptbrücke Nord, construction of BE-Nord, and BÜB for track work during temporary bridge construction.
• Bauphase 3: BÜB during the creation of Widerlager Nord and the pier of axis 20 of Hauptbrücke Unterbau Nord, KME in the Mittelrampe area, and foundation creation for Rampe Nord and the lower ramp part of Mittelrampe.
• Bauphase 4: BÜB for track work.
