TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement concerns a European restricted procurement procedure EU/2026.025 for concluding a framework agreement for integrated engineering services for the area development of Rivium. The services include, among other things, research and advice, integrated design, technical preparation, permits and notifications, contract and procurement preparation, and cost management. We intend to enter into a framework agreement for a period of four years. The framework agreement will commence on 1 March 2027. After these four years, we can extend the agreement up to two times by 1 year each time. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is therefore until 1 March 2033. The maximum amount of this framework agreement is € 1,800,000 excluding VAT. The work will be provided during the term of the framework agreement by means of further assignments. The content, scope, phasing, planning, financial frameworks, and deliverables will be determined per further assignment.
