TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the present procurement is to contract three advisory firms to provide property-related engineering services. The framework agreements to be concluded for this purpose must provide a proper balance between efficiency on the one hand and lawfulness and compliance with municipal policy objectives on the other. It is paramount that the municipality can procure high-quality services under the right conditions that fit their specific needs. The municipality is increasingly acting as the coordinator when it comes to engineering services. This means that it steers more on the (final) result and is less actively involved in carrying out the work itself. For tasks that the municipality outsources, it seeks partners who are specialists in their field and who have sufficient capacity to provide the requested services. The total expected contract value for property-related engineering services is estimated at EUR 600,000 per year.
