TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procedure is exclusively the engineering technical support and evaluation of the measurement campaign by a supervising engineering firm: review and optimization of the measurement concept, review of the existing precipitation measurement stations against DWD criteria, joint determination of the measurement locations with the measurement service provider, monitoring of installation and acceptance, monitoring of measurement operation including the existing stationary measurement stations, establishment of a data exchange platform, daily working-day review and plausibility checking of the measurement data, processing of the data and transfer in a manner compatible with AquaZIS, as well as evaluation in accordance with DWA-M 181 (dry-weather flow hydrographs, extraneous water, runoff rating curves, balance checks) and final documentation including presentation.
