TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement procedure concerns the European public procurement procedure Ingredients for Hot Beverages for NHL Stenden Hospitality Group. This tender replaces the earlier procedure with TenderNed reference TN 576006, for Lot 2, which was terminated by the Contracting Authority without awarding a contract. After a reassessment of the eligibility requirements, in particular the certification requirements, it was determined that for Lot 2 these requirements may have been disproportionate and unnecessarily restricted competition. In this procedure, among other changes, the eligibility requirements relating to certifications have been revised, with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 being removed as mandatory requirements, in order to ensure proportionality and improve alignment with the market. Scope: - Arabica espresso and lungo coffee beans; - Ground Arabica lungo coffee beans; - Ground decaf/caffeine-free coffee; - Tea bags for one cup; - Loose tea; - Cleaning agents for espresso machines and steam wands.
