TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thüringen International plans a delegation trip to Poland under the leadership of the Prime Minister of Thuringia, Mario Voigt. The delegation will consist of representatives from politics as well as from Thuringian companies, research institutions and other economic multipliers. The aim is to expand relations between Thuringia and Poland and to establish new and maintain existing business contacts with the country and the partner region of Malopolska. The concept for the trip and the programme shall be developed in coordination with the contracting authority, taking into account the following key points: a) Travel date: calendar week 47, 17–19 November 2026 b) Place of implementation: Kraków c) Objectives of the trip: The participants should be given the opportunity to identify new business opportunities and expand their activities on site. Thuringian entrepreneurs will be given the opportunity to meet existing and potential business partners and multipliers on site and to get to know companies based in Poland.
