TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contract consists of hiring Detainee Care Officers. This so-called SAS without EMVI procedure is a procurement method in which the Police do not make a selection, but allow all suppliers who meet the specified suitability requirements to proceed to the next phase. After this admission phase, the Registration phase starts during which admitted candidates can ask questions in multiple rounds about the program of requirements and the Agreement. After these questions have been answered, candidates who can and want to comply with the established final Tender Documents can apply for an Agreement with the Police. After the Registration phase, the Police start mini-competitions at unit level. The contracted Contractors have the freedom to choose whether or not to participate in a mini-competition and at what price.
