To ensure continuity within the municipal organisation, within the West Frisian municipalities we make use of a flexible layer of workers. This involves, for example, hiring temporary agency workers, ZZP’ers and secondment assignments. Reasons to hire may include shortages in the labour market, peak workload or the absence of specialist knowledge within the organisation.
