The assignment concerns providing temporary staff for the contracting authority’s locations as described in paragraph 1.2 of these procurement guidelines. The services include recruiting, selecting, contracting, and the administrative handling of temporary staff. By hiring temporary workers, the contracting authority aims to ensure continuity in education and in its services in the event of illness among its own permanent staff and when these vacancies cannot be filled by the contracting authority itself.
