TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Maastricht, for the organizational unit Stadsbeheer, will conclude a framework agreement with four (4) successful bidders. Within this assignment, among others, the following functions fall: driver, environmental yard worker, cleaning staff (leaf blowing, sweeping, etc.), loader, control room staff member, gardener, supervisor and green work supervisor, image quality inspector, litter picker, back office staff member, (administrative) cemetery staff member; (this list is not exhaustive). The municipality reserves the right, if and to the extent it deems appropriate, to make use, in whole or in part, for the filling of a staffing requirement of candidates that the municipality obtains or can deploy through other lawful means in the context of public labour market, participation, reintegration, development or learning-and-working tracks. To the extent the municipality makes use of this option, the contractor in respect of such deployment has no exclusive right to delivery and no claim to taking up, turnover or compensation.
